We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover through this site or over the phone (please call (619) 564-9229 if you wish to phone in your payment). We also take PayPal. We accept checks or money orders (payable to “Sueños”) and cash (at your own risk) mailed to us at Sueños Latin American Imports, 2358 University Ave, Ste 1581, San Diego, CA 92104.
We ship via US Mail or FEDEX for domestic orders and Airmail Letter Post for international orders. We will ship your order within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
ITEMS LOST OR DAMAGED IN SHIPPING
We have found that less than two-tenths of one percent of all of our shipments either become lost or damaged in shipping. With these odds in mind, and given our desire to keep shipping costs down for the customer, services such as insurance or delivery confirmation are the responsibility of the buyer and will cost extra. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. If you opt for insurance or other coverages and your shipment becomes lost or damaged however, we will work diligently with you and the postal authorities to recover your merchandise or money. Contact us if you would like insurance, delivery confirmation or other additional shipping services.
We accept returns for a full refund on all merchandise within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. We cannot refund the cost of shipping.
